Awesome Austin's DJ Service has helped coordinate perfect ceremonies and receptions for over a thousand overjoyed newlyweds. The most memorable day of your life deserves the best and Awesome Austin's DJ Service is committed to delivering excellence before, during and after your event takes place.
A Relationship Is One on One
Planning a wedding can be a very stressful task. We work closely with you to create the right outline of traditional events and moods, just right for your ceremony and/or reception. You pick the music that you feel will be appropriate for you and your guests.
We are available for appointments, consultations, questions and/or concerns by phone, e-mail or in person, Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 10 PM (Occasionally Friday and Sunday).
The average reception is 4 hours. The average ceremony and reception is 5 hours. 3 hours is the minimum event we do. Overtime is an option you choose. We know the right way to balance coordinating the wedding plan by outline, announcements, music choice and volume, not to mention the involvement of your guests and the music they may request.
Coordination
We can help plan your outline in person at your free consultation, either at my office or a neutral local location of your choice. You will receive a printed ceremony/reception planner at this more personable one on one meeting.
For brides planning your special day at home or the office, we have ceremony/reception planner links below to print and help get you started on the process of planning/outlining your day. You can also call to receive one by fax or mail, if that works better for you.

We will coordinate your special day alongside your caterer, officiate, photographer, staff, venue and most importantly, you! It's your day! You are the star! Have it your way! Rest assured! You have put the brunt of the day's tasks in our hands alongside your other professional vendors.
